Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://elevatedmensgroominglasvegas.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Elevated Men's Grooming reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Beard Fade, Beard Shaping, Beard Trimming, Fade Haircut, Men's Haircut provided by Elevated Men's Grooming. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://elevatedmensgroominglasvegas.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Elevated Men's Grooming or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. Elevated Men's Grooming disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Elevated Men's Grooming arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Elevated Men's Grooming harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. NV law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NV, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Elevated Men's Grooming may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
